Road Repairs on Panton Road in 2009

The initial problem was the road slumping. Road Foreman, Rick Cloutier, reports that the cause, which came to light during excavation, turned out to be water which was trapped and running in the road bed. A modern base was added with drains to the ditch and the road repaired.

Flooding on Hopkins Road in January 2010.

The thaw and rain storm in January 2010 kept our Road Foreman, Rick Cloutier, on duty as Hopkins Road flooded when the culvert proved inadequate for the flow. Rick says the flood abated after about 6 hours.
