Arnold Bay Planning Project Kick-Off
A Public Walk and Talk Planning Session will be held at Arnold Bay on Tuesday August 31 at 5:00 p.m.
The Town of Panton Planning Commission invites all Panton residents to attend a “Walk and Talk” event at the Arnold Bay Boat Launch and Beach area on Adams Ferry Road. The hour-long outdoor session will be held on the beach at Arnold Bay starting at 5:00 PM on Tuesday, August 31st. The Rain date is Wednesday, September 1st at 5:00 p.m.
The town has received a Municipal Planning Grant from the State of Vermont to develop a Master Plan for the town-owned recreation facility. Included in the planning process will be considerations with regard to pedestrian access, parking, use of the site, lakeshore history, ecology, and facilities for recreational use. We will introduce the project, walk the site, and seek input from those who attend.
