The clerk and assistant clerk can retrieve birth and death certificates these records for any Vermont resident. For certified copies, you must submit an application and proof of identity at the clerk's office. There is a $10.00 fee for certified copies. Non-certified copies are available as provided by Vermont statutes for $0.25/copy.
