Information about the Vergennes Panton Water District

The Vergennes-Panton Water District VPWD supplies water to Panton addresses. The pipe through which the water runs may be owned by VPWD or it may be privately owned by surrounding landholders. 

While the Town of Panton has no authority over or responsibility with VPWD, there are three elected representatives to the VPWD:

• Chris Cook
• Meddie Perry
• Sean Willerford

VPWD representatives have a 3-year term. If no candidate runs for election, the Selectboard may appoint a representative who serves until the next election.
