BACKGROUND AND OVERVIEW
Panton Town Hall was built as a church in the 1850s and was purchased by the Town in 1931. From 2015 to 2107, the building was renovated, including a new cupola and modernized town offices on the lower level. Records show the exterior was likely last painted in 2013.

SCHEDULE
The Town seeks to have the exterior painting of Town Hall completed by September 1, 2023.

The Selectboard shall have the sole responsibility for determining the bid that it deems best meets the interests of the Town. The Board’s decision will be based upon considerations including price offered, the completeness of the bid, prior experience, and qualifications.
